My Journey with Lilac Insights has been long and inspiring; I have seen Lilac grow as a well-known and trusted diagnostic service provider all across India. Lilac Insights provides various specialized tests which are helpful in screening as well as diagnosis of genetic disorders. Lilac Insights have allowed me to progress in my career while supporting my family. As we are very much aware of the pandemic situation that has been aroused where thousands of people have lost their jobs, Lilac Insights has come up with full support to all the employees in all the aspects.

Without the above qualities, selfless service cannot be performed. Lilac Insights is full of these qualities and has been embedded, embraced by each employee. This is my first job and I have been associated with Lilac Insights since 2017. Every day is a new journey and there are huge opportunities and appreciations. I am a Genetic Counselor who bridges that gap between Lab, Sales team and doctors. For any query, all the Directors, departmental Heads and the concerned team members are easily approachable and we all have the same motif of serving the humankind. Most importantly, we have freedom of work and experts to guide us in every case we deal with. Every day brings in a new experience with new learning.

Being the true version of self and working in an all-inclusive environment are primarily the basic requirements of every Queer individual.

Lilac Insights is one of the torch bearers in creating an all-inclusive workplace and accepting human beings as they are. The teams at Lilac Insights recognized my potential and based on the merits placed me in the Microarray Department. Our Department is truly diverse with team members from different backgrounds, hold hands and work together. It's an absolute blessing to me after my opportunities were taken away at several organizations on the basis of my Gender Identity.

In the last five years of my journey with Lilac, I’ve had the opportunity to learn all the new techniques that have emerged in the field of Genetics. Apart from a vibrant work environment, this organisation has provided me with the opportunity to expand my core skill sets and the flexibility to work across different divisions.

I joined Lilac Insights a year back. I had received homely acceptance from the entire Lilac Insights team. The best part of Lilac Insights, I noticed is how considered they are for their employees when it comes to personal health. Lilac takes care of employee’s emotions a lot. They have a mental counselor full-time associate. We can approach her anytime we think of and she is very welcoming. I believe this part stands Lilac Insights OUT from other companies I have experienced. I am thankful for giving me the opportunity to showcase my skills and grow together.

After offering my services for 24 years in Pharma Industry, I got an opportunity to work with Lilac Insights as an HR. I got new exposure to the diagnostic world with a lot of dedicated and hardworking people around who would abide by the core values of the organization. Joined Lilac Insights on Dec 2017, and now I am about to step on to the 3^rd Year of association with this organization, after working for Indian and Multinational’s over 2 decades if I want to share my experience with Lilac Insights, the 1^st word would be Solace, 2^nd value to Entrepreneurial Thoughts, 3^rd value for Patient Care, 4^th a strategic plan of Growth for each employee, 5^th help to acquire immense Scientific Knowledge, 6^th very high on Integrity and most importantly Senior Leadership Management is always open to constructive criticism and continuously work towards the betterment for both Internal and External Customers.
